If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

KsaMia is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carrier delays

Incorrect customer information
Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery becomes necessary.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery.

Visible damage must be noted with the delivery carrier whenever possible.

Any shipping damage or missing items should be reported to KsaMia within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Returns

Please refer to our separate Return Policy for complete details.

Unless otherwise stated:

Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Certain products may be non-returnable.
Custom, made-to-order, clearance, final sale, and special-order items are generally non-refundable.

10. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the Return Policy will apply.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

11. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer.

KsaMia does not extend additional warranties unless expressly stated.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, accidents, abuse, improper maintenance, commercial use (unless specified), and unauthorized modifications are not covered.

12. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Restricting unauthorized access
All activity occurring under your account
